Shipping and Returns for USA and International
All shipping prices below are USD for retail orders. Wholesale orders pay actual shipping costs.

If you want to know cost before you put your address in then skip to under the
dotted line to USA and INTERNATIONAL portions. There is detailed information
on how our shopping cart calculates shipping costs.
To calculate shipping costs with shopping cart or choose free shipping in cart:
Step 1: Add items to cart you want to purchase.
Step 2: Click the checkout button from the cart or from the top of the page.
Step 3: Fill in the name and address information then click continue.
Step 4: The next page will show your order and shipping total. To complete
order you will choose your shipping and payment method. Fill in your payment
information and click the continue/place order button to complete.
We ship via USPS first class or priority mail for all retail shipments.

USA
Shipping is via USPS.
- Single items range 2.50-4.95 depending on weight.
- Priority flat rate mailer at 4.95 holds 2-6 books depending on thickness.
Transit Times:
- First Class - 3-7 business days.
- Priority Mail - 2-3 business days.
Fulfillment:
All items are in stock and ready to ship. Occasionally we may have an inventory
error and run out of an item. We will contact you immediately if this happens.
Returns:
NO RETURNS on patterns or books.
Damaged In Transit:
If any item is damaged upon arrival please keep ALL materials items came in and
email us.

International:
We ship worldwide using USPS. If by chance you order and USPS does not ship to
your country we have other carriers we can use or will gladly refund.
Shipping is via USPS. Items will have customs declaration of the purchase
amount.
I use flat rate envelopes and boxes to keep shipping costs to a minimum. I offer
REDUCED SHIPPING on larger orders and always try to keep it low as possible.
- Envelopes: $10.95 - $12.95 depending on country. Will hold up to 4 lbs which is
aprox 325-350 pages. So 6-7 avg size tole books will fit in each envelope.
- Boxes: $25.95 for Canada and Mexico. All other countries are $41.95. Will hold up to 20 lbs. Aprox.
(35) 50 page books, if books average is more than 50 pages. Less will fit.
Canada and Mexico:
- $3.75 for first book and costs aprox. $1.50 for each additional book.
- $10.95 flat rate envelope will hold aprox 350 pages. (ex. (7) 50 page books OR (2)
125 page books)
ALL other countries: Italy - UK - Australia - South Korea - Japan - Brazil and ALL other countries.
- $8.80 for a single book shipped via first class mail.
- $12.95 - flat rate envelope will hold aprox 350 pages. (ex. (7) 50 page books
OR (2) 125 page books)
Transit Times:
International will vary but 5-10 days is the average.
